On 09/18/2016, at approximately 2148 hours, at the Durango Jail located at3225 W Gibson Ln Phoenix, AZ 85009 an Inmate/Inmate fight had occurred in Durango 3 B Pod between Inmate Moothery, Naz T303229 and Inmate Sams, Worine T284566. Upon entering Durango 3 B Pod, Inmate Sams approached Inmate Moothery and begun fighting by Durango 3 B Pod door. Multiple strikes were thrown by both inmates until Inmate Moothery had fallen to the Pod floor. At that time Officer Serrano approached the pod door and gave both inmates commands to stop fighting. No radio call was made due to both inmates complying with the orders given.
On October 3, 1974, at around 10:45 pm, Elton Hymon and Leslie Wright of the Memphis Police Department were responding to a “prowler on the inside” call. They made the scene and observed a woman in the house next to the intended home of the call. She was standing on her front porch pointing at the house. She advised that she had heard glass breaking and someone was breaking into the house next door. As Wright showed both officers on the scene on his radio to dispatch, Hymon went to the rear of the house.

Wert advised Palmer’s ex-girlfriend, Alexus Smith has been texting her since 9/27/16 to 3/17/17, during this time Wert advised she did not text her Smith once, and her text messages are rude and unwanted. Wert advised she did not receive any concerning messages until 3/17/17 at 0930 hrs.
On Saturday 11/14/2015 at 2322 hours, Security Supervisor Steven Evans along with Officer Omar Alonso responded to a call for assistance at the Results Waiting area of the Emergency Department. Upon arrival at 2323 hours we were told by a Patient Tech that Nurse Lisette Van Windt had already taken the patient to room # 59. On 10-03-2016 at approximately 0950 hours, I Security Officer James Argyro made contact with a male now know to me as Anderson Oberman DOB 03-02-77, who was walking around the gaming floor not actively playing any machines for no less then 20 minutes. I made contact with Oberman and informed him that he was being asked to leave for loitering and who need to leave all Tulalip gaming properties for no less then 24 hours. Oberman left out the south east doors. On Saturday 05/15/2016 at approximately 1855 hours, a male Stab Wound victim walked into the Emergency Department triage with a severe Stabbing Wound at the base of his neck on the left side. Security staff conferred with E.D. On 08/25/16 at approximately 2254 hours I responded to a call for service at 11100 66th St N (Rudy’s Bar) regarding a fight between multiple subjects. Upon arrival, I made contact with one subject involved. I spoke with Kenneth Alan De Lapp who advised he was battered by a known male that leaves in his neighborhood. According to Kenneth he “had beef” with Jimmy from previous issues because he had a romantic relationship with his wife.
On the above date and time I was conducting an area check of Spice Asian Fusion. While conducting the business check, I observed a White male and female subject sitting by the front door. There was a large amount of trash debris laying next to the subjects. Shortly after, Officer Hartmann arrived on scene. I conducted a wants and warrants check on the female, Tearesa Leah-Marie Dotson, and the male subject, Andrew Ian Smith with negative results.

Brunson was crying and was in distraught at the moment, I told her to relax and explain the details. Brunson advised she was jumped by multiple subjects in the crowd because she asked the Lakewood cheerleader coach why niece daughter wasn’t cheering.
Introduction A seventy-year old man, Tommy Burdette, was asleep in his bed on a December evening when thirty-three year old, Brandon Bledsoe and his girlfriend twenty-one-year-old, Heather Raftery, broke into his home with the intent to steal from him. Divorced at the time and living alone, he was out numbered. According to Burdette’s neighbors, he predominantly kept to himself. Retired teacher of many years in the Calhoun County area, lost his life that night. INVESTIGATION: On Sunday, 02/25/2018, at approximately 1422 hours, Officer Haas and I were dispatched to the Kome restaurant, located 1901 Junipero Serra Boulevard, on the report of two females arguing in the restaurant. On 02/08/2017, I, William Van Scoter, was working as a police officer for the Wichita State University Police Department, in Wichita, Sedgwick County, Kansas. At approximately 1520 hours I was told to interview a woman who was to believed to have been sexually assaulted. On April 12, 2015 a situation occurred on Presbury Street of the Sandtown neighborhood where civilian Kevin Moore decided to act as a street photographer by filming the situation on his phone. During that Sunday morning Moore woke up due to shouting which lead him to run outside his house in order to investigate the situation that was occurring by his home.
