I agree with the majority 's opinion that decides Harrah’s has the right to deny Jespersen a bartender position based on the case presented. Employers may establish a dressing code policy/standard that differentiates between men and women in appearance and grooming policies based on societal norms and legitimate business needs. Madeeha Khan is the Vice president/CAO of the Student Association, in which she is a leader to all her surrounding and was elected allow with the president by all the students at the university. Madeeha khan has the responsibility of a $2.67 million corporation, five full time staff, 30 student employees and hires interns, all of this while being a full time student as a computer science major. In fact, she oversees all three-hundred student organizations and provided them with the guidance that they need. Ms. Khan said that the biggest challenge she faced in overseeing this organization was balancing the demands on her time. She had to juggle being a full time student with other part time jobs, while also acting as the CAO of this organization.

Around April of 2015 while I was still in high school, I received a letter from the University of Mississippi. The letter contained information about me being offered a scholarship called Chancellor’s Leadership. The letter said that I was being offered the scholarship because of my outstanding career as a leader in high school, and I would have to be enrolled in the class, Chancellor’s Leadership, that meets Tuesdays from 6 o’clock pm to 7 o’clock pm. I was very enthusiastic about receiving the scholarship because it only eased the burden of paying for college, and the class would be fairly easy because it is lecture based from speakers all across the United States with various job titles without any test, quizzes, or homework. I feel I'm worthy of this scholarship because growing up my life hasn't been very easy, my family and I struggle with finances a lot . We've moved around a few time once during winter because we had no choice. We still despite working hard, struggle with money; I pay for most of my things. This scholarship would help me out a lot when I'm the one paying for my college.
