Hence together with these factors leadership skills and abilities and how to bring about the innovative changes can be applied to the organizations effectively (Lewin, Goodman, & Frandt, 2001).
Limitations of the article
Just like the strengths, the article has its own limitations relating to the subject matter of leadership and change management issues. Some of them have been identified below.
1. It has that one third or two third of major changes implemented in the organization are failures, although all these change management skills are being implemented. Hence they need to diversify other aspects as well (Daft, 2010).
2. Even though most of the change management skills are being mentioned in this article, it is lacking of how the change implementation techniques and capacity to modify management style to the specific situations.
3. Sampling methodology used was very much into the leadership and change issues that might lead the research to bias. It can be noted that research questions were not given in this article.
