When analyzing the establishments mission and vision statement we have noticed a few areas they did follow, and a few they did not. Through both their mission and vision statements the company reflects how they are very focused on authenticity. Their mission statement states “To be the most authentic experience and best run restaurant in the Okanagan.”. The business is very focused on authenticity and how they are portrayed in the eye of the consumer. It shows that the establishment is focused on the consumers needs rather than that of the employee.
