An announced inspection was conducted 10/20/2105. Ora Melissa Brown was found to be in charge at arrival. The purpose of the inspection and the subchapters that would be evaluated were explained to Ms. Brown. Preparation for the inspection included reviewing frequency of inspections made, observing the operations compliance history, the operations fee history, background check list and controlling person list, etc. The Director was present. At the time of inspection four classrooms were occupied during the walkthrough while one is used for lunch and after school time only. The first class room there was one caregiver Ariel Butler caring for three children ages 10months to 15 months, one child was napping in a porta crib and two children were on sleeping mats. The next classroom there were two caregivers Jacqlyn Haddock and Rose Hebert caring for 15 children ages 2-4 years old. The class was transitioning back to classroom for nap time. The next classroom there was one caregiver Melissa Chambers who was caring for 13 children ages 18 months to 2 years old, the children were laying on their mats for nap time. The last classroom there was one caregiver Juanita O'Hair caring for four children ages 4 months to 7 months. One child was asleep in their porta crib, the caregiver was holding one child while feeding and other two were on floor playing with toys. The child who was asleep woke up and was immediately removed from the crib and placed on floor with other children. All rooms were measure at inspection as the director is wanting to spilt the infants into two room for older and younger infants. The small playground is for infants and toddlers. There are little tyke cars and two wagons with safety straps to help and transporting the children who are not able to walk. The bigger playground has a bike track and multiple riding tykes for the children. Along the fence are several different sensor activities and a picnic table on the porch. The director has removed monkey bars from previous inspection. Photographs: none were taken at inspection. Findings: No deficiencies were observed at inspection. A discussion with the Ms. Brown and Ms. Harkins for follow up on previous investigation defieciencies was addressed.
