Thank you for calling and explaining how you operate at Country Sunshine Daycare, but if you could clarify a few items for me. Admittedly it is a bit confusing to reconcile your policy of Not informing parents when there are acts of physical and mental Bullying against/or by a child with the opening statement of your website (i.e. It is the mission of Country Sunshine Children’s Center to provide SAFE, loving and Nurturing environment). I am aware of At Least Two acts of physical harm committed against Chanelle, at least one act of verbal racial bullying, and multiple acts of verbal taunts that would qualify as inappropriate; to say the least. All of the aforementioned acts you Failed to notify me And failed to notify the parents of the

Content: If you live in Daventry and your child has reached an age where she is demanding further care, it is good to enroll her in a good Nursery Daventry school. If better still, you need help with taking care of your child when you go to work, then consider a day nursery Daventry school where your child will feel at home and comfortable. Most Nursery Daventry schools target children as young as three months to five years which gives parents a chance to work and do other important stuff while the child is in school. For your child to feel more comfortable and at home, you will need to work with a good day care and kindergarten within your area.

The Head Start program, is a nationally funded early childhood education program for low-income children who are not yet old enough to attend school. Generally the ages of head start students are five years old and younger. President Lyndon Johnson initiated the program during his war on poverty. “The Head Start program carries an implicit goal of improving equity among children by targeting vulnerable groups, mostly low-income children, a disproportionate share of whom are racial or ethnic minorities” (Joshi). President Johnson believed providing minorities educational preparedness would ensure a better education overall and stem the tide of poverty.
On 10/6/2015 an unannounced inspection was conducted accompanied by Tina Freeman. We were greeted by Heather Boutross the director and stated my purpose of the visit and explained what documentation I would need to complete the investigation. A complete walk through of classrooms and playgrounds was conducted. In the infant building all classrooms were empty as children were outside on the nature trail or under the pavilion. Outside in the pavilion was a class of six 2 years old children with two caregiver Regan Manny and Briana Ledbetter.

This course has helped me learn about early childhood education and the different teaching styles. I like the alternation of quizzes and discussion postings each week. I do not have to do both at the same time, and it gives me time to do my readings. I especially like that the quizzes are not timed, because I do not stress about the time limit and I am able to take my time and answer the questions as best as I can. When I am working in my discussions, I am able to develop my ideas and present them to the class.
Today, I had the opportunity to spend time at Moreland Daycare in the infant room. I enjoyed the day with infants. It was an eye opener for sure, most people including myself think that working in an infant room at the day care would be a day full of loving on babies, which you do get too. There is a lot more to it than that though, such as having multiple babies upset at one time. It can become very stressful, when having to try and figure out why each baby is crying, and once you figure it out you must try and meet their needs rather it be multiple diapers needing changed or them needing to be fed or just wanting to be held.
