Deciding what field of study I would like to devote my time to once I enroll in college has been one of the most challenging decisions that I have had to make so far in my life. I greatly understand the significance of the decision, as well as the lasting impact that it will have on my life and all of my future endeavors. After greatly considering the vast possibilities, I believe to have narrowed down my choice to a general field for the time being. The major I would like to pursue in the very imminent future is some division of Engineering and I am extremely confident that the University of Pennsylvania will be the ideal place for me to carry out this plan of action. While I have not yet decided on which branch of Engineering that I would like to pursue, I am confident that Engineering is the way to go for me, as it greatly pertains to my contemporary interests. In order to do that, I have to make sure that the education I receive is of the highest caliber, which is what I believe the University of Pennsylvania has to offer. I thoroughly understand that college is going to be a great challenge, but it is one that I am willing to take on head first. I want to better myself in every potential way, and if that means endless hours of studying, practicing, and working to improve then that’s what I’ll do. I am going to do whatever it takes to make certain that I become the best in my field of study. I possess the mindset that if you’re going to do something, then you should give it every ounce of effort and energy you have, otherwise, there’s no point in even starting. I will devote all of myself to my studies at the University of Pennsylvania if I am admitted, and I won’t stop progressing until I’ve reached my end
