Each and everyone has a talent, like being able to learn something on the first try or being naturally good at a sport. For me, my talent would have to be something with drawing. I did not discover my talent until middle school because I had to take an elective class; it was about drawing. When the teacher assigned me to draw something using a specific style; at the end when we had to turn it in everyone would say “How did you do that.” I would always answer with an “I don't know.” An example of when this occurred was when it happened was in ninth grade in Mrs. Shapiro’s art history class. She gave us an assignment that was to draw a cake with shading, and whoever drew the best cake would get a pumpkin basket filled with candy. When I was doing my assignments many people came up to me and ask me how did I do the shading like that. At first I told them that I did not know if I was doing it right because it look way different than the other drawings. When she announced the winner of the drawing I was shocked that I won. So since I was good at drawing I could have joined either architect or digital design as my magnet strand; so choose digital design because I know how to use computers and it would further my creative side. In digital design I was able to put my drawing on a digital interface. Last year I joined a club called Skills USA, and this club is about members of the club competing by using their skills. Since I was in the digital design I was learning skill that would hopefully increase my chance of winning. I signed up for the advertising design to use my drawing skills on the computer to try to win. I end up getting tenth place out of about thirty or more competitors. It was my first time and I was nervous, but I had sign up again this year and now I going to try to go for a higher
