I believe Warren Buffet captures the signficance and value of a global workforce. “Americans have combined human ingenuity, a market system, a tide of talented and ambitious immigrants, and the rule of law to deliver abundance beyond any dreams of our forefathers," Warren Buffett wrote in his annual letter to his shareholders. Moreover, I think it’s important to remember what is strategic HR? And, what this really impacts – an organization’s talent pipeline. As stated in Armstrong, "The fundamental aim of strategic HRM is to generate strategic capability by ensuring that the organization has the skilled, committed and well-motivated employees it needs to achieve sustained competitive advantage."
What interests you about your selected program of study? Computer science has always been the aspect of study that has grabbed my attention from a young age. CS always created a sense of awe in me because of the fact that individual people, with a firm understanding of CS, could completely manipulate technology into whatever creation they wanted. In the same way an artist can paint on a canvas, computer scientist can create through code and each program carries a sense of the programmer with it. The more you learn about CS the more uses it gains, making it a tool that builds upon itself.

Embarking on a project to explore the student experience and journey at Advantere School of Management holds a unique and compelling appeal for me. As a member of the first promotion of students at this new institution, I am driven by a deep sense of curiosity and a desire to contribute to the growth and success of the school. A few months ago, I decided to become an Advantere Ambassador because first I really like to connect with people and create relationships with them and second I really want people to be part of Advantere because I’m sure that things will be different because since we were the first group of the school, we were able to point out what they were doing good, where they need to improve, and came up with unique ideas during

Thus, it is vital for global supervisors to perceive the degree to which they and their representatives are obliged by a culture so they can go past their own particular confinements brought on by culture-bound points of
I have personally become a better person by being a manager both in America and Japan. I have been able to take aspects of both and form a better understanding for business as a whole. In conclusion, the difference between the two cultures may be a lot but Japanese and American businesses have profited greatly from integrating the management styles of both countries in their business. While I can honestly say that working for Japanese business was far more taxing physically, whereas working for an American company I have found to be more mentally taxing.
