Through handling many occasional issues, I’ve learned how to be better prepared if the issue or any other issue were to occur again. When dealing with a customer I make it my personal agenda to make sure that the customer needs are my top priority. In the case of my business we as an organization strive for perfection in every aspect such as when we have video recording, photoshoots, or video editing. I have exercised my computer skills and use Excel to track products, payments, and monthly sales.
