Respect is a word that has a lot of depth to it no matter what way you use it. The America I believe in is where everyone is to be respected, no matter of their religion or race. Before this country was even founded we have stood by one another through many tragic events in history. We’ve gone through many wars and even a war against ourselves. In order to communicate effectively, respect must be established. Carrying two distinctive connotations, respect signifies deep admiration as a result of abilities, qualities or achievements. It too, shows consideration for one’s moralities (Giesinger, 2012). In response to education, the principle of respect promotes the foundation of a culturally inclusive environment. The belief of respect is important that managers, supervisors, employees at the organization also reflect organization’s culture and manner. I realized that respect others is an effective way to improve my own quality and it requires me to respect others’ achievement and custom.
