The mission statement states "To promote the ideals of academic achievement, character, service and leadership among elementary and secondary school students."
I always recognize, respect and work well with different personality styles and culture of the staff and volunteers. Taking in consideration the situation with the Market’s staff, I maintained a flexibility around my work schedule to ensure critical business needs are met. I have the ability to effectively prioritize not only when I have been informed about needs and changes made by the staff, as well when presented with conflicting, delayed or unclear information, I am able to successfully resolve any problem if it is within my authority. I am able to define and align systems and processes in areas of my responsibility with the organization’s systems and/or objectives. I work with established systems and use systems to achieve results.

From the outside, every member of the Corps is viewed as an equal, regardless of their position. Yet, from the inside there is an apparent divide between outfits and staff. However, we are all members of the Corps of Cadets, and are striving to achieve a common mission. We each have our own purpose in helping to achieve the goals of the Corps and I see staff as the entity that holds the Corps accountable to its mission statement.

According to the SDSU Ambassadors page, Ambassadors are “students who are specially trained to be the official student representatives, tour guides and orientation leaders of San Diego State University”. As an Ambassador I would take my role beyond that. I want to have a lasting impact on the prospective and future Aztecs and families that I get the opportunity to meet. With a role as an SDSU Ambassador I will hold myself accountable to being a good role model for prospective and incoming students in order to make a difference on campus.

Congratulations on becoming a delegate for the 2016 Delaware State Convention! Because of your passion for conservative values and initiative to better our communities, Delaware is finally poised to stop one party rule. The Corps makes leaders, that’s the Mission Statement, but are we accomplishing that goal? Are the policies which maintain this institution building free thinking leaders or vexatious micromanagers? Are we allowing outfits to create their own identity and a sense of pride, or are we just another ROTC program in a civilian college? Cadets are not given the opportunity to grow as leaders in a Senior Military College; a college that produces more officers than any other school besides the Academies. The Corps should enforce its sense of military rigidity in regards to cadets in all classes, allows leaders to learn from their actions, and permit a sense of outfit identity and pride.
As a Rosemont College student, I upheld the missionary statement by having a desire to build and develop a intercultural community with the members of the community in a positive manner. This shares relation to my personal mission statement for I am developing in an intercultural community while motiving myself and others throughout my life. Rosemont College follows a set of morals and values that they want everyone on campus to follow. As a student, I connected to the mission statement of this year on the topics of a diverse intercultural community and developing in a community. I have wanted to be in a diverse and intercultural community since I started community.
From my visit to The Native American Voices Exhibit at The University of Pennsylvania a there was a collection of historical memorabilia that indeed celebrates this community. The presentation as a whole set out descriptive displays that certainly memorialized The Native Americans as well as those Native Americans (The Lenape) who were the first to live locally in Delaware. The objects that I chose to take a picture of were at first very visually appealing. After taking a deeper look into those objects, I realized that all had significant value to this community.
I am interested in studying this museum more in depth because it speaks on the issue of promoting the significance of the individual more powerfully than any other college or institution in the world.
