The VCSU Mission Statement is "Through flexible, accessible, and innovative baccalaureate and master's programs, VCSU prepares students to succeed as educators, leaders, and engaged citizens in an increasingly complex and diverse society." Included in the main focus is the website’s innovative and user-friendly design, the accessibility of individual program specifics, and finally the simplified complexity that is the website’s strategy.
Howard University is a predominantly black school, expressing excellence, leadership, truth and service I could contribute to the legacy of Howard University in many ways. Growing up I've always wanted to gain the experience of a historically black college or university. As a member of the National Beta Club we promote the ideals of academic achievement and leadership. Being apart of the National Beta Club caused me to strive for my goals and take leadership in all that I do. The mission statement states "To promote the ideals of academic achievement, character, service and leadership among elementary and secondary school students."
Washington State University is located in Pullman, Washington, approximately 1,766.8 miles from Webb City, Missouri. The mission statement, as found on the web page of WSU is “to provide an impartial, neutral and confidential process that facilitates fair and equitable resolutions to concerns that arise within the university.” Washington State University is an amazing school devoted to the education of the nation's finest students. There are many things that set this school apart from others such as location, majors and minors, requirements, tuition, and scholarships and grants.
I personally believe that UNC Wilmington will allow me to grow academically as a student as well as an adult. Being from a small town in Maine I have always been the type of person to try new things and live to the fullest. When I decided to go to college, my mind was set on staying close to home my first year and getting the feel of what it is like. I strongly feel I am a very independent person and enjoy the challenges of doing things on my own. I have changed my mind many times on a career path I wish to pursue I don’t find it easy for someone my age to know exactly what they want to do for the rest of their life.

Coming from a different culture but still embracing the Christian values that Loma Linda University emphasizes, I believe that my unique background and personal experiences distinguish my application from others. Growing up in Egypt, where the gap between social classes is significant, my parents always stressed the need to prioritize service into my life encouraging me to dedicate time in volunteering and helping others. As a result, my experience has grown from volunteering to serve as a camp leader for orphans in the summer to participating in international dental service trips. These involvements would allow me to use my skills in organizing missions trips at Loma Linda. Being a Coptic Orthodox Christian enables me to add diversity to the
College always seemed to be on my life’s road map. It was never a matter of if I would go, but rather when I would go; what subject would I devote my time to studying and most importantly, which institute would I decide to attend. Regent University, so I have read, “was founded on biblical principles to make a significant difference in our world”. Their mission statement rings true by the testimony given to me by a couple of coworkers that attend Regent and only have the best reports to give. I look forward to joining the Regent family and expanding my mental and spiritual horizons.

I grew up in Wellston, Ohio and lived in the countryside about fifteen minutes from town. My house was a home to me and it wasn 't the greatest, but it was special to me. My big backyard consisted of many fruit trees and a grape vine, it was where I had bonfires with my family and friends, and it was where I ran free with my brother. I had a pond, “over the hill” as my brother and I would say, where we swam and fished in the summertime and sat on the deck feeding bread to the bluegill as we had conversations about life. Behind our pond was where thousands of trees stood tall and where we roamed every inch of the hidden land.
