On the other hand, inclusion means the respect, value, and support from everyone in the group.
In today’s world leaders have become fully aware of the importance of diversity and its implication in an organization. The study has shown that working in a diverse team is more effective and creative than working in a same kind of team. Team members when performing in the team must feel safe to express their opinions, and diverse point. They must encourage, and support when their team members are expressing their views.
