1.1. Donald Trump’s Early Life and Education
Donald Trump was born in New York City, on June 14, 1946. Trump, formed his character of a businessman since an early age of his life. He started the first job at his father's real estate firm while at the University of Pennsylvania he attended the Wharton Business School. He graduated at Wharton School of Business in 1968, and after that became a full time employee and interlocked into his father's company officially. Not surprisingly, Trump created his image and name for himself in the firm and as a result, three years later in 1971 his father gave him full control of the business. Due to this fact, Trump started to involve himself into huge construction projects over there. These projects were mainly concentrated on agreements that would bring him higher profits and he arranged a unique design of architecture which after touching and going over the opinion of the public, brought Trump’s company fame and popularity. Next thing he did, was to exponentially grow up his firm by continuously looking for new agreements within the borders of Manhattan. In addition, in prime locations that were vey unprofitable or had entered bankruptcy he started to buy buildings which even though unprofitable, were attractive sites for renewing o renovating existing buildings and establishing new ones as well. A very good example of this, was when he bought the failing Commodore Hotel his 1974 that was highly unprofitable but it was located just right next to Grand Central Station. Across various partnership deals and business agreements, in 1980 he entirely redesigned the whole building under a new name such as Grand Hyatt Hotel. Since that time, the hotel in question, acquired tremendous ovation and so it fortified Donald Trump as the most known developer in the whole New York
