Effective communication and good interpersonal skills helps us in forming good relationships with people around us. In the health and social care effective communication helps in building the trust between the patient and career. My role in this role play is of rude customer who ask silly question from server. At the till i order a chicken royal meal. I eat my more than half of my burger and then act like i have seen a hair strand in my burger. I go to the staff on till and tell him there is a hair in my burger and he agrees to give me a burger but i ask for the whole new meal but he refuses to give a whole new meal as the hair is only found in the burger. I show my anger to get a whole new meal and ask him to call his manager but he refuses. At end i leave the burger saying to him that I will never enter this burger king
