Writing/ English classes was never my strong suite. I’ve always had a problem with grammar, punctuations, run-ons, and much more. I’ve was always told that I need to start re reading my papers and looking for corrections, but I never really knew how to correct my own papers. I never knew what to look for or how to correct myself. Writing is an important in college and also in my career choice. I knew my writing wasn’t college-level writing I knew I needed more work and help. Taking this course English 100, I’ve learned that writing takes time and it is a process. Having to brainstorm your topic and listing what your paper going to be about. In high school we didn’t have to write papers often so coming into college I wished I learned grammar and the process of writing essays. Learning pre-writing strategy was very helpful, it made me not frustrated on writing a topic sentence. English 100 taught me to proof read my essay and to catch most of my mistakes. …show more content…

Explaining all the training and pressure I had to go through to get where I am today. I am also including an Essay that I am very proud of because I learned and corrected all my mistakes and I’ve gotten a better grade on. It’s about, if an ill patient has no other choice but death would you push life on to that patient knowing they’re in pain living? It was very sad story to read, but I gave my opinion and was very happy on how my essay came
