Americans are suffering and are being plagued by addiction, bad habits. Smoking cigarettes is the classical example of these addictive habits. Every stick of tobacco robs us of our health, slicing off years of life, draining our wallets, inspiring an addiction that only adds fire to to the flames. It is without question the majority of Americans are aware of the negative consequences of smoking. Despite this, there is an estimate of upwards of 36.5 million Americans who smoke regularly. According to the CDC, of the 36.5 million Americans who smoke, approximately 16.5 americans have incurred a smoking-related disease.
Smokers whether they realize it or not can, create a dependence to smoking. Fortunately, the urge to smoke can be tamed.
