The conflict I choose to analyze is the argument regarding whether playing aggressive video games leads to violent behavior in youth and teens. For the last several decades there have been claims that violent video games have promoted an increase in violence in young people and teenagers. There has been an increase in violent school shootings over this time and many people feel it is an effect of the games. One of the first really aggressive games was the release of Grand Theft Auto in November 2007.
There is a lot of active shooting, which many feel is related to the increase in the real life shooting events. Many people feel that repeated exposure makes kids more likely to think that this is the way society is, and it is acceptable. People argue they become immune to the effects of the violence.

School shooting, that violent video games can be a cause for gun violence. This debate has been going on for as long as there have been video games. Video games have been around for decades, but have become more popular in recent years with the ability to play online, as well as the more sophisticated technology and graphics available.
