It’s here. The day that we have been waiting and preparing for. Today our middle school careers are coming to a close, right before our eyes and I can say with complete confidence...we worked hard to get here. Middle school was a time of constant change. We have so many memories of the last three years good, bad, or otherwise. We have all met new people, experienced new opportunities, and faced several challenges. There isn’t a paved road for you to walk on as you walk your way through middle school jungle instead it’s just you, a hatchet, and a whole lot of work to cut through the branches that cover the way to graduation. In high school, we may meet new people, revisit old friendships from elementary school, or get closer to friends you have now. The next four years will be unique compared to everything else you have encountered. However, you will never forget the last three transitional year that prepared us for high school both academically and maturity. All of the paths we took and decisions we made helped us to realize we-we are and who we want to be. Together we have learned not to follow in someone’s footsteps but create our own. Middle school was a time when we discovered what it means to be individuals rather than a group. We didn’t let our fears hold us back instead they fueled us while we strived to achieve exceptional accomplishments. Finding yourself amidst in a sea of so many conformities, friendships, and relationships — it was a tough lesson to learn and even harder skill to gain, but sure enough, we have set our own trends and goals…not to let anyone discourage us. It is here at Spring View where we learned to love ourselves, to walk with confidence, and the ability to live without holding out on
