There has been discussion if college athletes should or shouldn't be paid. they would work his butt off all day with two or sometimes three sport training sessions plus classes, homework and go to that job for a few hours late at night only getting payed $7/hour. How do you expect them to pay for all the things they need to.should college athletes get paid? Yes they have to put in about 40 hours in sports a week, and about 60 hours of school work. And on top of that they still need a job so they can afford all the things they need for school and sports.
