In my paper I will share the understanding of deep things about ethical and cultural issues within the training program. These issues are in different stages of the development of the training program. Also, in this paper I will teach about the action that can help reduce the risk of any type of legal issues. During many of the stages of coming up with a training program there are things that a company has to be in compliance with legally. Many employers have a huge concern when it comes to ethical and cultural issues when thinking about the business getting bigger. Many people who come from different backgrounds who have gotten use to a certain way of an work environment may have a hard time adapting to a new work environment.
