After all of that has been completed they need to begin on phase two to fix their internal problems. Fixing the work place can be a bit more difficult because people are now going to be stuck in their own ways of doing certain steps and making certain products and may not want to change. Pepsi must begin with meeting with their workers, once a month they need to have a training program set up that all workers must attend, this will ensure they are doing things properly. At the first meeting they will have the boss or owner of the company come into the meeting to show and ensure all employees the correct way of making all the products from beginning to end. Every month from their on out the workers will have to attend this meeting to ensure things are continuing to be done properly, that also shows them how to create any new product or method that has been added. A way to make sure all of these things have been implemented is to have that ethical group come in once a month and will report any problems to the boss that need fixing. These meetings are definitely going to ensure that the company will run smoothly and productively throughout the many years it is running. 1.1 Appendix Key Facts: Founded in 1890 by pharmacist Caleb Bradham 1910 franchised to 24 states
