1. Briefly describe the situation.
Currently in my life, conflict situation are not common. The most important situation was the already described as a procrastination. However, to this exercise I consider to select a challenging situation that had been happing with a coworker since I reached my lab. 5. What are you learning about your personal relationship with conflict and how that relationship influences your ability to be an effective leader?
My learning about my personal relationship with conflict is that I tend to collaborate, which is compatible with my personality in order that I try to get the groups merge and compromise with the common causes. However, I know that when there is some focus in competitiveness and want to have the last word, I tend to avoid and to delay the decisions to another time. This last behavior could be not good for an effective leader style in the situation when a decision has to be tale in advance.
6. What can you take away (remove) from this approach that you can implement into your leadership strategy that will assist and support you with manifesting your tidal leadership potential?
I think take decision in a short time, rather than wait until the outcomes are get. Also, I compromise my value of truthful because I didn’t talk with my boss about the conflict I had in my training process. I can take away the decision to avoid a worse conflict and talk with my boss directly with the
