In Shakespeare’s play Romeo and Juliet, two young lovers, Romeo Montague and Juliet Capulet, who would die for each other, met while Romeo was heartbroken and went to a Capulet ball. They soon fell in love at first sight, without knowing they were enemies. Their love would never work because of the conflict between the families. So they kill themselves to be with each other. This evidence clearly proves that Friar Lawrence is to blame for the deaths of Romeo and Juliet. An example that supports my claim is that he didn’t make sure the letter of the whole plan was safely delivered.
