Mrs. Gloria. Williams coaching philosophy: I am a firm believer in Christ as a Christian coach in having the knowledge of helping others to understand their life worth. Has a coach I have the knowledge to pass on the wisdom and to share what is needed in helping others achieve their goal in which the individual is trying to reach in their life. The Executive coach responsibilities are to check on the client on his/her on their progress and to make sure that the client is taking his/her responsibilities on what they are required to do.
