In Transformative Leadership: Achieving Unparalleled Excellence, the authors, Cam Caldwell, Rolf D. Dixon, Larry A. Floyd, Joe Chaudoin, Jonathan Post, & Gaynor Cheokas, argue that the current distrust concerning leaders as well as organizations requires new standards of leadership especially from an ethical perspective.
