My support system for this plan will be my family. For the area of physical activity, I want to maintain what I have been doing. I have been walking 4 to 5 times a week and strength training 3 times weekly. Barriers to this are time constraints and motivation. To overcome the time constraints, I plan to try high intensity interval training which gives the same benefits in a shorter time period.

I will explain how I plan to live by each value. The first value says “I will live by high standards of personal integrity.” In doing so, I will have very strong morals and to be honest to myself and others of the WCU community. I will stand against things I believe are not morally right for me. I will choose a better group of peers and not be influenced to do anything I do not believe is right.
2. Another of my personal core values is creativity. This value is personally meaningful to me because I feel that is important for me to be able to express my originality and to be able to sometimes view the world in an unconventional way. Also, creativity also allows me to be open-minded and curious. 3.
Doing what I love and being able to support myself and loved ones is important to me. I am a very independent person and I like to do things my way. I like to set individual goals everyday, whether that means doing my homework before a certain time, or completing something for the week. They help me get my work done on time and efficiently.
I was always an active child and played sports in middle school and high school. I labeled my physical wellness as my third strongest factor mainly because I do not like to work out for just my health. During high school, I would become physically fit by only playing the sports I enjoyed. However, when that sport was over, I would immediately stop working out and would quickly get out of physical shape. Therefore, I only enjoy physical activities when I am participating in a sport.
Family is characterized with common aspects such as parents, grandparents, and siblings but there are so many other ways to distinct family. The word family is commonly defined as a group of individuals that have the same ancestors, and gather for holidays and other special events. This particular definition is true in so many ways, but everyone goes through life with situations that are brought up that bring together or break apart families. When I think about the word family and my experiences I have gone through and I would consider family to have crazy moments, lots of laughter, and unconditional love. Family to me is getting everyone together and having a good time and acting crazy with your loved ones, making memories.

I have so many wonderful reasons to be thankful. Being thankful allows you to experience life to the fullest. I believe it is important to be thankful for my family and friends. Thankfulness allows you to appreciate what you have so you take care of your things. We should appreciate what we are given and use them with care.
