Who is the blame? Who's fault is it for the death of Romeo and Juliet? But before their death, what was the reason for it? In the story of "Romeo and Juliet" both Romeo and Juliet committed suicide in affect of a huge misunderstanding. The story itself is completely over dramatic and honesty that's just in the way Shakespeare wrote his plays, but besides that I think Romeo and Juliet died for no reason. Long before Romeo and Juliet past on, their families weren't all that friendly. The Montague's and Capulet's were always enemies even from years past that, but there was always secrets beneath their societies. So let me ask again, who's the blame? I think the blame goes out to everyone. The reason I believe the blame goes out to everyone is because the society itself doesn't believe in everyone's differences. The families are enemies, for what reason? It might of all started off with two different people, one from the Montague's family and one from the Capulet's family having a childish argument about nothing. In the very beginning before the story even started, the Chorus states out, " Two households both alike..." If they were so alike why in the world was there such a big problem? Like who is going to make their own daughter marry some stranger instead of someone she actually loves. Little did they no she already married Romeo. Juliet's parents really don't care for her own thoughts and feelings, and that is the whole reason she did rebel against them. I understand that at that time period women didn't have any rights, but who's fault is that. Juliet is a women and she should of at least have right to choose how she wanted to
