I don’t think the school board should add any more hours to school. Many people think school hours should become longer. I do not agree with that mainly because it would be hard to adapt to. I think this because it would just be a different thing to get used to and I think many children would not be able to come to school. Some reasons are school hours, my disagreement, and changes.Some school hours are already really long, well for me it is. To make school longer would cause students to hate coming to school even more than they already do. It would make me not want to come to school anymore. Who wants to sit in school for ten or nine hours? I would lose my interest in learning because all I would want to do is go home so I would not listen because all I would be worried about is trying to go home. …show more content…

I disagree with this statement, I believe that it would help me learn more and give me extra learning time but it would just be weird. I eat breakfast with my family but if they add more hours of school I could not eat breakfast. It would be too early to get up and cook because by the time I would have taken my shower and got dressed the bus or my mom would have been ready to leave. I would not get to eat any breakfast unless I ate it at school but then I would have had to pay for it. Another reason is because it would be a lot of changes because some people would have to get up early. A lot of parents have to be at work a certain time so they would affect their lives too. The bus drivers would have to get up extra early to come get all the kids. Especially the teachers they are already moody already so just imagine if they have to get up. They will be like a bunch of moody Judy monsters trust me I know. I just think that it would be too much going on and it would be a hard time for me to get used
