Welcome to Fantastic Bistro. We are located in Downtown Toronto where the heart of the financial district in Toronto Ontario. Our restaurant is near Eaton center, the corner at Yonge street and Shuter Street. We open at 1130 am to 1am in weekdays and 11am to 2am in weekends and holiday. Our mission statement is to provide the highest standard of quality food and beverage to our guests. To ensure each of our guests can receive our warmth, efficient and professional hospitality service. To keep our place clean in order to let our guests feel comfortable in our restaurant. To serve every guests is our honor and appreciate them to come back again with their friends and families. They can sit and wait near the street entrance and host desk. Meanwhile, Fantastic Bistro is providing table service. When the dish is ready for the guest, server will pick up the dish from food lift where connected with kitchen. Then food will bring to the table by server. The serving order should be from starters to main course then desserts. Thus, the guests can enjoy one by one. Men and women’s washroom are located at right corner of the restaurant where near host desk. All servers who picked up the dish from food lift must follow the flow to walk. The flow is to avoid the traffic from people coming in and server serving at the same time. Therefore, the server with guests’ orders will turn right from food lift and walk in one direction and serve. The bar is at the back of host desk and not facing to dining room which can provide more private area to the guests at bar. Service pick-up area is at bar area because it is near the street entrance. So that, when customers picked up their orders, then they can leave in a faster
