Introduction To establish purpose of existence and provide insight to the desired future, organizations, companies, and agencies formulate vision, mission statement, and goals or objectives to serve as the blueprint that help to build and operate an excellence-driven organization or agency. Maryland Department of Public Safety and Correctional Services (DPSCS) is one of the state’s agencies charged with protecting the public, detainees, and offenders under its supervision (DPSCS, n. d.). The mission and vision of the agency can be seen as the managerial tools that are used to direct the agency’s personnel’s behavior toward attaining its objectives (Dermol, 2012). In this paper, I will report how the DPSCS vision and mission statement associate

Being able to see their contributions to Camp Shawnee like the bunk beds and mattress in the camp, they built tables for the new Craft Room, and screening in the gazebo by the lake. Being with (CAP), I felt like my opinion mattered especially when it came down to social media, the Mt. Spirit magazine, creating images for Canva, and the weekly meeting with Mr. Clay, Mrs. Tina and I. (CAP) is an organization that is very friendly even with Mr. Guy Adams, the president and chief executive officer of CAP, Phyllis Caudill, the assistant vice president of philanthropy. Everyone that I have met at (CAP) has been so nice and accepting and willing to help me with anything. Mrs. Bryson has taught me so many lessons when it comes to public relations, especially when writing press release and learning various ways of writing a press release, even gaining the skill of turning an interview into a press release, being able to use BurrellesLuce, Canva, SmugMug, and creating a Media List, even when posting images on Instagram and the word usage. She made sure that I understood the basics of (CAP) and what they stand

I have a 2.65 GPA currently before I transferred to SGU I had a 3.0 GPA. I believe moving off campus will help me promote the mission because it will help me focus on what matters the most to me which is my academics, communal, and spiritual growth as a Christian. Before I came to SGU I had great grades, doing things for the community, and being able to be with my local church. I wasn't living on campus while at my last school so I could focus more on my school and God. I will explain why this is important to me and for my life to live off campus.
As an incoming freshman, I would want to feel comfortable and at home while at Fish Camp. There are so many amazing experiences that happen during Fish Camp, but the foundation of all those experiences needs to be comfort. If a freshman does not feel comfortable, then they will not get the full experience that Fish Camp has to offer. The beginning of the camp mission statement states that “Fish Camp strives to welcome freshmen into the Aggie family.” If our goal is to welcome freshmen into our family, then camp needs to be a loving and welcoming place to all incoming freshmen.
Please list any special skills or experience that would be strengths for our organization. (Professional experience, previous board experience, volunteer experiences, experience in the downtown field or with the DDA, personality characteristics,

First off, thank you so much for taking the time to consider me to work at the Jameson Camp. I am so excited to potentially work here for several reasons. First, I am extremely passionate about helping children and teenagers who may need a little extra help, whether that be to find their passions, or to help them just get through life in one piece, as life can be challenging on its own, but even more so when the odds seem to be against you. I believe that this passion is highlighted in the fact that I wish to be a school counselor after I am finished with schooling. This leads to my second point, which is that I believe that this would be a valuable experience for me because it would be an experience that pertains to my end goal career-wise.
Any good program needs a strong leadership team, and I have always wanted to be a strong leader because I love helping others be their very best. In our marching band program our section leaders are called FOG (For Others Greatness), they are chosen not only for their musicality but also for their ability to work with and guide others. The section leaders during my freshman year were incredible and I longed to be just like them when I was finally able to apply and audition for the position. I am on the color guard and do not play an instrument during the marching season, therefore my color guard skills would need to be at an elevated level in comparison to those of my peers. As the audition portion of the application came about I worked diligently
