Why do you think chicken nuggets and mac and cheese changed peoples lives? In the 1930-1950s mac in cheese and chicken nuggets made people's lives so much easier. Some people may disagree with me that mac in cheese and chicken nuggets made a difference in people's lives, but they are wrong. First, McDonalds made acquiring chicken very easy now instead of going through the bloody process. Next, grocery stores lowered the prices of chicken so then workers for fast food restaurants could get them easier. Furthermore, Mac and Cheese helped people through the great depression.

According to the story “Nugget nation” by Allison Friedman it says “Plucked chickens were now available at grocery stores, cleaned and ready to cook. Yet even then, they took time to prepare. Back then, easy-to-cook foods like burgers, hot dogs, and fish sticks were popular. First, I remember a time when me and my mom were going grocery shopping and we had heard of this new brand of food that was coming out. We saw it on the shelf in the main lobby of the store. Next, we saw a bunch of employees going and buying almost everything out of stock, we wondered why everyone was trying to get them so fast and we remembered that the fast food places in our area were having a competition. It was for who could sell the most food and who tasted better. Furthermore, it made it easier on the workers with this new brand of food so we guessed that was why they were all here.
