Was it a group agreement that your team needed? That sounds like it is more around actions. What about finding out what inspired group members and creating a group vision? mission? Did you move to execution before you had a liveable breathable vision?
I truly believe our group needed a team agreement because half of my group members weren't fully committed in doing their responsibilities. And yes, it is mostly action. For example, in the last meeting before the event the executive producer stated that there were two shifts that needed to be covered one in the morning and another in the afternoon and there should be only two people at each shift. It covered the team goal(s), responsiblities, attendance, submission and communication dates. That project was a success. When we first started the project we did discuss what does everyone would like or want to do. From two of my teammates I heard them mention two places (pet shop and rescue mission). Personally, I thought the pet shop wouldn't be helpful because we needed to volunteer in a place where we interacted with clients that way we could ask questions about their perspective of how life is for them. And I told my group member my opinion. Rescue mission sounded promising. We did look into it, however, the volunteer opportunities had requirements and most of the jobs didn't give us a chance to communicate with clients served. As I stated in my introduction of discussion post, our group vision was supposed to be about volunteering or providing support for an organization that is focused on voicing a specific cause(s). Our mission was to learn from our experience and provide a service learning agreement that would be of use to the organization. My personal goal was to represent myself as student of my university and provide the best help and service that I could to the organization I was volunteering with. And so, I moved to execution after I had a mission and vision. But maybe I should have expressed to them what else that I personally hoped to
