Edgar Allan Poe
A very famous poet As a well known writer, Edgar Allan Poe made poems and that impacted society by
making poems so that everyone could relax and not stress about the bad things going on.
He wanted to be remembered as is being a really good writer for poems, even though there
were some tough times in his life he would have to leave loved ones like his dad because his dad
left his mom when Poe was barely two years old. The personal facts of Edgar Allan Poe were hard, because he went through some tough times in life. His mother was dying of lung cancer, his father left,and his mother’s acting career was not doing so well. Poe´s poems were doing okay but not a lot of people did not really know that poems were a thing.

Then the second paragraph talks about how Poe struggled on trying to find a job he could not choose what he liked the best for him. He first wanted to try prose but that didn’t work out but then he find out about poems so he was interested in this kind of art. Since his mom and dad were actors his mother and father wanted to encourage him to be a actor but then he refused and followed his dreams. So Poe followed his dreams by being a poet, but his kind of style was quite different because he would talk about darker things and he would be very suspicious about his writing. For example instead of talking about a majestic bird he picked a raven which are quite scary birds. He would talk about more serious things like death. It was almost like he was obsessed with dark messed up things. Now for his personal facts, Edgar Allan Poe was born in Boston so he was born into a place that was pretty American. He was he second child, he had an older brother and sister. He would always talk to his older brother if he needed help with anything. But Edgar wouldn’t tease his younger sibling like other people.
