An A+ teacher goes beyond their ability to educate. They have to care about their students, care about their education, their future, and what they can do to help them. This is how english teacher Mrs.Wells teaches her class. Mrs.Wells walks into her class everyday, greeting her students with a good morning. A lot of teachers use good morning as an introduction to the learning day, but what makes Wells different is that she has this enthusiastic attitude, and truly wants us to have a nice morning. She cares about how each and every student is feeling, and what she can do to make our day of learning easier. They want you to pass their tests, so they help you memorize the stuff that will be on it.
They want you to pass their class, so they’ll give only the information that you need to pass it. What makes Mrs.Wells different is the fact that she wants to, not only tell you what will be on the test, but why it matters. She doesn’t just help you pass the class, she tells you how this class can help you in the future, how you can use this information in your everyday life, and no matter what career you want, she wants to help you to reach it. You may not select my essay, or Mrs.Wells as the A+ teacher, but she will always be an A+ teacher. This is because I will never forget all the information she has taught me. She has given me courage in myself, I know now because of her, that I can be whatever I want to be. She has treated me as an equal to her all year, instead of making me feel stupid as many teachers do. She teaches her class, not as a robot spurring words out of a textbook, but as a caring, compassionate person that truly wants me to learn everything that I can before I graduate. It is not jsut me who feels this either, every student I have talked to in her class has told me that she deserves to be the A+ teacher this year.
