As the project manager I must determine seven representatives that will serve on the multidisciplinary board project team. The team would consist of the lead physician, lead nurse practitioner,lab manager, coding supervisor,physician assistant, and front desk clerk. This would cover all departmental area of the healthcare organization. Having a representative from all department areas will bring different perspectives on how the new system will be used and will provide a wide range of skills and knowledge. In my placement at Vellore Woods Density most of the time we need to use teamwork skills because we are handling with people’s teeth and need to communicate with each other on what we need such as equipment’s. Patients are sometimes hard to keep them calm when they are all worked up or simply really nervous. We would try to reassure them, and tell them things would work out well. I learned a trick from my co-workers that if you keep calm, the patients will keep calm as well.

Collaboration is another major skill that is both valuable to the writer’s personal and professional development. Within the period of study, group work was something that was very prominent and this has been a major area of development from studying at UCC. Danish education has a very collaborative and active learning style in which pupils are taught to work together from a very young age.
