Customize reports for research or reporting purposes can be generated, as well as customize screen setup for staff, parent, and student viewers. One limitation to PowerSchool is that the not everyone has the same edit and viewing rights. These rights have to be customized and given by leadership. Teachers and leadership can view student contact information, IEP’s, 504’s, nurse’s notes, discipline problems, and food services. Teachers are able to type their lesson plans and click on the standards. Teachers can share lesson plans so the grade level and special area teachers can view them. Realtime is also a gradebook. For leadership can view lesson plans and grades in real time. Parents and students can access Realtime using Parent Portal. Parent Portal has all of the student’s grades.
