In the book Romeo and Juliet written by Shakespeare, the book is a giant tragedy between two star-crossed lovers, Romeo and Juliet. There are people that love each other that much. The feud, lack of parenting, and lack of communication caused Romeo and Juliet's death in the book. Throughout the book, there is a feud between the two families (the Capulets and Montagues) started before the book and there was no real history on it other than that they don't like each other and they fight in the streets often. I feel like the feud caused some of the problems because Romeo sounded like a pusher, what I mean by a pusher is he likes to push on or bend the rules so he can see what will happen. In the book, Juliet was supposed to get married to a man named Paris and she didn't want to because she wanted to get married to Romeo. With the lack of communication between Romeo and Friar Lawrence that could also possibly be another weak point in the book because I feel like if Romeo new to wait a little longer he wouldn't have committed suicide. This could've really made the story turn a whole new way. In the way that Shakespeare made the story, they would have made better decisions on how they communicated to everyone what was happening and what they wanted to happen. In the book, there is a feud between Romeo and Juliet's families and it makes it really hard for Romeo and Juliet to be together because of their families. Their families have a lack of parenting too because as a parent you are supposed to be looking out for what is best for the kids not what you feel another family did wrong. Another thing is the lack of communication between Romeo and Juliet so that may be a cause of the suicide between the too.
