“A circle of women leaders may be the most powerful force known to humanity”
Let me start by stating that the title of this assignment is not my own creation. Quoted from Sheryl Sandberg’s book ‘Lean In’ it states all that I want to touch upon in this write up and a lot more. Women and our issues is one of the most talked about topics in the world today. This situation has been reached not due to the lack of anything else to talk about but because of its extreme necessity.
We have come a long way as women – from not having basic rights to having a female president in our country. Unfortunately for the past decade the progress made by women has more or less stagnated.

This does not mean that we are biased towards them but neither does this mean that we ignore them. There was a time when the ‘queen bee’ theory was truly applicable. Women at the top made sure that the other women didn’t make it up there. They wanted to have it all for themselves. Fortunately, those days are gone. So women and men should stand up for women.
Owning one’s success is key to achieving more success. As women this is what we need to embrace. The world has been run by men all this while and they have not been doing a bad job but with us up there, there will be a big improvement – undoubtedly. Thus if we want to be up there with the men and the 0.00001% of women we need to do one simple thing:
