Conservative students may decide to go to a liberal school. One student that has been in that environment and now is an English college professor named Aaron Hanlon at Colby College writes “Advice for My Conservative Students” published on February 16th 2017 in the New York Times and he claims that conservative students should understand what freedom of speech is and should not mistake disagreement with oppression. Hanlon starts off by stating personal experiences that relates him to conservative students that feel oppressed, giving conservative students relatable emotional appeals, and various sources and statistics for the reader to indulge in. Leonardo Da Vinci, painter, architect, inventor, and master of all things scientific. Da Vinci grew up in Vinci, Italy where he developed a love for nature and began to exhibit artistic talents. In 1466, he moved to Florence where he entered Verrocchio's workshop. Throughout the years he made his career as a painter; however, he began to lose interest in the hobby. Resulting in Leonardo moving to Milan in 1482, to share his ideas for military warfare with Ludovico Sforza.
Leonardo Da Vinci was not only an amazing painter but he was also a inventor, architect and a student of all scientific things. When Da Vinci was a born-on April 15, 1452 and was the illegitimate son and was born to unmarried parents. When Da Vinci was around fifteen his father apprenticed him to Andrea del Verrocchio. Verrocchio was a sculptor, painter, goldsmith, and a great craftsman and these things helped contribute to Da Vinci's style. Leonardo after finishing his apprenticeship stayed as a assistant in Verrocchio's shop.

Following this, Da Vinci used what he had learnt by going on to study engineering and anatomy.
