Loyalty is a strong feeling of support or allegiance. In the novel the Kite Runner an afghanistan man named Amir has to face his childhood and go back to Afghanistan to redeem himself. Amir has to go on a very dangerous journey to redeem himself and make up for the mistakes he made in the past. Khaled Hosseini's purpose in writing the Kite Runner was to inform the readers about the Afghan history and culture and also telling us a story about loyalty and redemption. Khaled Hosseini’s purpose in writing the Kite Runner was to show the Afghan history and culture. The Taliban is an Islamic political movement group in Afghanistan which was having war with its country. The Taliban took over and ruled Afghanistan from 1996 to 2001, the Taliban left
