Mystery Shop at Kenwood Mall I chose the company Microsoft because I have always use their products. I?ve used products from Microsoft like the Office 365 subscription and the windows phone, and the windows 10 computers. I have never had an issue with the company or the products in the past. The customer service outlook was great. There could be a few small minor improvements for this company, but in the end Microsoft is still a very good company. The Microsoft Company was founded by Paul Allen and Bill Gates on April 4, 1975 in Redmond Washington. Microsoft has over 118,000 stores and locations. The reason I would do this because, formally introducing yourself shows how most customer service representatives and customer?s relationships begin. My past experiences with this company has been pleasant in the past. I was greeted politely in the past and treated the same way the customer service representatives treated all the other customers. When I have a question about a product the customer service representative makes perfect eye contact and says ?Yes may I help you??. Things usually go just fine when asking for help. If the current representative does not know the answer to a question or concern he or she may ask another representative for help. In the end the customer service experience was really great. The service environment was really good. I made a really terrific choice in choosing the company of Microsoft. The customer service representatives really cared about the customers and their concerns. The representatives gave full their full attention. All representatives made the perfect eye contact. The representatives greeted each customer pleasantly when they walked in. Each representative was dressed appropriately and ready for work. This business service environment was friendly and positive. I plan to continue doing business with
