Bennett is a character from Genshin Impact who has bad luck and is on an adventure team. While the character Bennett is a happy, fun guy who wouldn’t hurt a fly, Mr. Bennett, who is on trial today, is not. Today we will be discussing the horrible death of Mr. Adams and his murderer, Mr. Bennett. The undeniable evidence of how Mr. Bennett had the same substance used by the murderer on him and all the indicators of suspicion will show his guilt. Mr. Bennett is guilty of murder in the first degree on the undeniable evidence of the case. The strongest piece of evidence in this case was that he had rat poison on his hands and rat poison was the cause of death for Mr. Adams. Bennett not committed this crime, he shouldn’t have had any rat poison on his hands, but he did, and was the only suspect who did. This shows that it couldn’t have been Mrs. Reed since she wasn’t there and had no traces of what was used to kill Mr. Adams on her belongings or hands. Mr. Bennett is guilty since he was the only one who had rat poison on his hands while not being the exterminator. Another reason why Mr. Bennett should be found guilty is because he had means, motive, and opportunity. Mr. Adams was nagging Mr. Bennett to pay off his debt, and the only way to do that was to sell his home, which had been in his family for 5 generations, so it was surely important. That would’ve been his means, as for his motive, being Mr. Adams’ neighbor, he should’ve been in Mr. Adams’ house more than a few times to know where rat poison would be stored. So when no one was looking, Mr. Bennett must’ve put rat poison into Mr. Adams’ coffee, making it the perfect time for Mr. Bennett to murder Mr. Adams. Mr. Bennett’s fingerprints were even on the cup showing how he killed Mr. Adams. All of this evidence gives a strong argument as to how and why Mr. Bennett is
