Leaders are presented to us in different forms every day; whether we know it or not we all are leaders. To me, a leader is someone who knows when to take charge, but knows when to step back and be lead. Everyone definition on a leader is different in one way or another because a leader can't be held in a box due to they’re always thriving to making a change and impacting the lives of others in positive manner. With that being said for a while I didn't see myself as a leader. Growing up I really didn't know what it meant to lead. Now I'm more than ever know what it means and my faith is would help got me there. This also makes me want to lead because I know some people don't have that family support and I want to be that support system for them. Containing and maintaining a healthy Foundation of support is one of the key things that we as people need in our lives. From a spiritual to a physical Assurance we are all need that one or multiple things that will keep us sane in the world that we live in. Without a healthy Foundation it would be almost impossible to lead because you're lacking a part of your support system. It's like an house when a house is is being built without a strong support also known isn't there sooner or later the whole house will collapse. Besides God the one thing that helps me keep my sanity is my mother brother and sister these three people are the people been with me through thick and thin they know my strengths thing on my weaknesses they know me like the back of their hand and I am blessed to have such a great support system like
