Do you know that the majority of the American people suffering from obesity? There is statistics says that nearly 95 million of American people are overweight or the so-called obesity. What is obesity? Obesity can be defined as the extra fat in the body to the extent that they cause adverse effects on health it may lead to a decrease in age of the person. Obesity increases the risk for many of the diseases associated with obesity, Obesity is a major cause of death and can be prevented at the level of the whole world, and the lifestyle in people with obesity.

To begin with, Obesity increases the risk for many of the diseases associated with obesity. One of the most diseases are caused by obesity are heart disease, diabetes and that lead to the narrow breathing during sleep, and thus followed by other diseases because the person does not get enough sleep and rest required in every day.
