In a rapidly developing and changing world, organizations became obliged to have a wider and global view and to adapt to the new environments characterized by dynamic complexities and variances. To have a prosperous growth, companies need to acclimate and set a good organizational culture that responds to the challenges of globalization.

In this essay, I will be addressing and analyzing the growth of Davis Service Group which a conglomerate headquartered in the London (U.K) and including the three groups, Sunlight for textile maintenance, Elliott for building system and HSS as tool hire. Since from the trio group, Sunlight was the strongest performing division with 45% of global revenues, the firm decided to focus on linen hire and textile maintenance in order to grow and expand overseas.
Other commercial facts about the company include the annual turnover which exceeds £820 million while employing 17,000 people.
