Projected based matrix structure: in functional groups, work on divisional tasks
Team-Based structure features: members work on distinct tasks and link with others
Networks structure: organization as broken between independent units
McDonald’s horizontal structure is divisional structure.
McDonald’s organizations structure facilitates based on performance levels. McDonald’s succeed is because of the managing efficient and performance, in the divisional structure, division is handle a specific operational area.
