Throughout life everyone is brought up to learn what is right and wrong. When people reach their teenage and young adult years, they realize what is important to themselves while making goals for the future. According to the Enforcement Officers Code Of Ethics, I am required to be a respectful, honest, faithful and a mindful member of society. Sometimes I can have a lot of difficulty understanding what people are explaining or asking of me. While working in any field, having good clarity about everything going on is critical in my opinion. Flexibility In the workplace I make the most of my time and do not make a habit of getting distracted by co-workers and chat the shift away. If understaffed, I will try and help out by staying later or messaging people to see if they can come in to work. I enjoy doing different things at work and having lots of responsibility. I am excited to start a career based dynamic that interests me. Reliability Having dependable people you can count on to come to work when they are scheduled is an amazing feeling for a supervisor or boss. This past eight months I have been working at McDonald’s. I understand each shift more and more how greatly appreciated it is to have consistent workers with great shift performance.
