What is your name, age and occupation? “I am Kalli Gambill-Donely. I just turned 15 and am a highschool sophomore.” What did you do this summer? “I went to a flyball tournament the weekend before the 4th of July in Sandusky, Ohio.
name is Alyssa Loredo, I was born and raised in Odessa, Texas. I have moved around frequently, but I have not yet to move out of Odessa. And who am I? That's an Interesting question, but overall I would describe myself as Devoted, Ambitious, and a Perfectionist when I need to be. There are many stories I could tell you about how I became the person I am today, but none of those stories made the most amount of impact in my life as the one I'm about to tell you.
About Me Ever since I was old enough to ride along in the pickup, I have been involved in the cattle industry. My father, Travis, is a veterinarian who got his degree from Kansas State University and my Mom, Abby, is the office manager at his practice. I have one older sister named Alexis who recently finished her bachelors in animal science at K-State as well.
My name is Megan Dagneau. I grew up in the small town Poland Maine. I have a three year old daughter. I work part time as a cashier and have just started my new adventure as a college student. I am a general studies student looking forward to transferring into the nursing program.
Hi everyone, My name in Oscar E Hermosillo and I am from the NAU-Yuma nursing program. I have lived since I was 7 years old in a small town called Somerton which is roughly about 10-15 miles south of Yuma. My goals for future nursing practice are kind of up in the air right now.
It took them a whole month before i could go before a judge. I was sitting in my cell waiting for the correctional officer to come get me. I was ready to be outside these damn walls. Being here for over a month was killing me, I was missing out on my money and I haven't been getting no pussy. I mean there was some correctional officers that liked fucking inmates, but I didn’t feel right stepping out on Carmen
When I was younger, my mother had a series of careers that were in the field of Criminal Justice. It is from her that I got my interest in criminal law, though I didn 't quite want any of the jobs she had done (jail guard, corrections officer, fugitive transport) and decide that being a lawyer that best suited me and I had become very passionate about this career. Another reason I had gained an interest in this field is because my older brother has been in trouble with the law as a result of an addiction and this was yet another thing I had grown up with. These two influences have given me my interest and passion in criminal justice and a sense of justice, all of which I plan on bringing with me into my education and career.
I went home and started my plan to find this person who framed me. I was ready to give up my everything to catch this one person who made my life horrible. I was trying to think of the best possible way to catch this person when I thought, I should just camp out by that old barn again. The killer has to come back at one point to either collect the body or meet his other henchman in the crime. I decided to pack a bag and get ready to stake out the old barn one more time.
A sense of trepidation hit Tom again as Lila's teasing comment reverberated in his ears, however the Detective wasn't a superstitious man, and he swiftly put it down to the coincidence that she'd just expressed what he'd earlier been thinking. Or had he projected it by his own description, without consciously being aware he was doing so? Whatever the case, the feeling passed as they got down to business. The real victims.
I love to win. Weather it be a soccer game, a rowing race, or a band competition. I always strive to be the best. This intertwines with school as well, setting the curve for a test or being used as an example for future projects. In the past four years I have won second in state for Stanton River Bank Rowing (SRB) Girls Junior eight plus, placed in state competition three times for Fleming Island High Golden Eagle Marching band, and received varsity letters from both schools.
I decided to initially try this exercise on my grandfather, but he was extremely morbid and after half an hour all I had accomplished was getting cursed at and a lowered self-esteem. So, I came to the conclusion that in order to actually complete this assignment I needed actual material, and I eventually decided to talk to my mom. Going into this conversation, I already knew how it would play out, but I let her lead and started off by asking her how she was feeling lately. I moved out about a month ago for my own sake, and I know it’s been really hard on her. I managed to work in five of the seven interactive responses.
I was happier when I let go of things that hurt. Happiness is defined as good fortune; pleasure; contentment; joy. When I let go of my pain, anger, and regret I found myself in this so called state of happiness. I was braver when I decided to do things out of my comfort zone, when I decided to do little things that make life better. By becoming braver, I became happier, and in the end I was better.
“It was the best of times, it was the worst of times, it was the age of wisdom, it was the age of foolishness,” this line is more than just a quote from classic literature, it almost perfectly describes how college has been for me halfway through the semester. From acing a paper to homework blunders, from making awesome friends to getting in a bad relationship, college is everything you expect it to be, don’t expect it to be and much, much more. What has been the most surprising? There have been many things that I have found surprising, but a couple really stand out.
I have a shelf in the corner of my room that houses more memorabilia. There is six trophies for piano concerts that I performed at in high school. Piano was a huge part of my childhood. I started playing when I was six years old, mainly because my sister took lessons and I was jealous and wanted to be just like my big sister, until I was 17 years old.
If I was the first person to respond, I would check the victim for a pulse and if he or she was breathing. Once the determination was made that the victim was deceased, I would secure the crime scene to prevent contamination of the any evidence. I would start a crime scene log to document any official entering and leaving the crime scene. Because I was the first to respond, I will not let anyone into the crime scene without approval from the supervisor of the scene. If first responders, EMTs or other officers were already at the scene, I would start a log to annotate anyone who was in the crime scene upon my arrival.
